AGREEMENT
This Agreement ("said Agreement") is made and executed in New Delhi on 23rd July 2023 hereinafter referred to as the "Execution Date") between:
Paramount Motors Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2006 of Nepal and having its registered office at Naxal, KMC Ward Number 1, Kathmandu, Nepal (hereinafter referred to as "Company", which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or the meaning thereof, mean and include its successors, executors, administrators and permitted assigns thereof) of the ONE PART;
AND
Lohum Cleantech Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at B-207, Anand Lok Society New Delhi- 110091 (hereinafter referred to as "Lohum", which expression shall, unless repugnant to the context or the meaning thereof, mean and include its successors, executors, administrators and permitted assigns thereof) of the SECOND PART.
Both Company and Lohum are collectively referred to as the "Parties" and individually as "Party"
